Water and weight loss?

Asked by stonedblueeyez 7 months ago, 1 answer.

How much water do you lose when you drink 8 glasses of water a day after being used to not drinking much water at all? Will it happen quickly or over a long pieriod of time? Ohh and just as a splurge of the moment question, what are water pills? And do...

they make you lose weight? Do you have to be prescribed them or can you just buy em? How do they work? I need to loose atleast 25lbs before summer, so I can live a hppy healthier funner life...also any tips on stayin stress-free...seems like im always stressed and I know you can loose weight that way.
Thanks

As your body becomes accustomed to having access to plenty of water, it will tend to release more water so you should easily eliminate as much as you consume. You might want to avoid salt as salt helps your body retain water.

        Simply a Rose to brighten your day,
        And maybe lessen the cares in your way;
        And also, too, to help you to know,
        That in knowing you, many others grow!
