water is good for u. I hear it helps your skin ( I don't know how but water somehow does )
but if you drink waaayyy too much water all at once you could die.
just 8 glasses a day should be good happy

Its good bad.

Too little could kill you too much could drown you.

Drink about 8glasses of water a day happy

Water is good for you.
It cleans out your system.
The only way you can die from drinking water is if you drink too much in little time without going to the bathroom.
(water poisoning)
