first think about what your sad about then do something about it. here's something my mom always tells me and I hope it will help you. If it's something you can change fix it,but if it's something you can't then don't worry about it.
Say why you're sad, and maybe I can help. Or, maybe go on youtube, and search Dr. Tran. VERY funny. But to warn you, there is cursing in it, if you mind that.
Do something to take your mind of things
Something you enjoy and makes you happy
Hanging out with friends always makes me happy
If its a problem, solve it.
If it's just a blue day, go out and do something you enjoy.
Be wild, adventurous. Imagine. Daydream. Sleep. Something other than sit at the computer, because that makes you feel worse when you are sad. unless you are talking to a good friend.
