Can i still get pregnant without having a period?

I want to have a baby but my period hasnt came on in two months, my pregnanacy test says negative can I still get pregnant without having one?

your probably not pregnant, but going to see a doctor to double check would be a good idea

Not having a period suggests your not ovulating, but not always is the case, so until you have a period, chances are it will be very difficult for you to get pregnant.
If this is a recurent problem it maybe worth seeing a fertility doctor or an obs/gynae to see whether you can do something about it.
It may also be worth getting one of thoose ovulation calculators, which can often tell if you are ovulating.
The best way though is for you just to have sex has much as possible, preferably everyday as this ups the chances and keeps the mans sperm spry.
