It's best if you can get by without credit cards - temptation to go into debt too great, then miss 1 payment and your interest rate may spike instantly ( Ex: 11% to 29%) - at the most, have 1 only for emergencies and some businesses will only take CC (Ex: rent-a-car) - always deal cash-only if able, don't loan money but if you must, get the re-pay terms in writing - that way you can win in small claims court if they try to stiff you...Take care !!

okay so now that im 18 I want to build my credit. however, I dont know which credits cards are good and if any accept people with no credit at all. I was looking at capital one but I dont know if that's a good choice...
