Want to start over and move to america.

I really want to get away from where I live and move across the world to well anywhere in America. NYC id love to. I dont know where to start.. im currently un-emploued due to being laid off and I want to start life over again . get a job over there and...

an apartment or something. Can anyone help on how I could do this? Thanks much appreciated.

Anyway, moving to any country isn't done simply...you have to apply for visas and citizenship, and you're often denied unless you have a reason for being there.

yes indeed!!! come to Canada instead!!! and may I request either Ontario or B.C!! Ontario if you love the city life, since you mentioned NY, come to Toronto (where I'm at!!) if not, Vancover/Victoria B.C is a beautiful place to live at and start over!!
