Hi,
To keep your weight consistent, keep your food intake and exercise routines consistent.
Eat 4 to 6 meals a day, consisting of lean meats, whole-grain starches, fruits and vegetables. Set up your plate so 1/4 is meat, 1/4 is starch, 1/2 is fruit and veggies, and there is minimal fat.
Exercise for at least 30 minutes, at least 4 times a week.

How can i keep my weight consistent?
hi I reasently started fighting MMA (like UFC on spike tv) and my weight will not stay consistant 1 week I drop a loght and the next I can put on a lot I watch what I eat some what but I need ways to keep it consistant o and im 13 if that helps
