Vonage not working

Does anyone have vonage phone service? I just got it about a month ago, and I have not had service since last sunday. Error code 004 keeps coming up and theyre tech support is worthless. I hate paying for something I can't use. I don't have a cell phone, and theyre tech support wants to be able to talk to me while I try to fix this problem. If I can't use my phone, they can't talk to me. I am really really really frustrated. Ready to just go get another cell phone and tell them where to put theyre product.. Please help if you can.

Can you just cancel the service and get your money back? A month isn't that long, they should let you.
