Vitrouse detachment on good eye

I had a severe retinal detachment 4 years. ago on mu Left eye. Currently I have had a vitrouse detachment on my right eye. Dr. says I am luck. Now I crystal vision on my Left and a floater run acroos my eyesight on the right. Is there anything that could...

be done or is it going to gradually get worst.

That is really up to the gods, fate, or whatever you want to call it. Honestly it could go either way. Ask your doctor about eye exercises. Also check with an herbalist for possible homeopathic remedies that you might try as well. Good luck.
