I would suggest talking to her directly about it, but if you can't talk to her face to face write her a note. Be nice when you express your discomfort but be honest.
I think that you should just sit down and talk to her.
I think she'd probably be a little offended if you sat down to talk to her about it, that's just going to make the situation way too awkward for the both of you. Rather than doing that, try saying something while you're kissing her. Start the kiss, and go with it for a while, but then maybe whisper something like, 'Why don't we try it a little slower?' Or another great idea would be to ask her to relax, and then show her how you like to be kissed by saying something like, 'Lay back, I want to try something new.' This way, you won't embarass her by sitting her down and telling her that she sucks at kissing. It just gives the suggestion that you like to be kissed in a different way. Good luck, hope this helps :-)
tell her its okay to slow down some

Hi, so my girl friend are having a fine relationship, we make out often and I enjoy it. But she is very foward and almost violent while making out. I was her first french kiss, I had kissed other people before and I dont know how to ask her to slow down and not be so aggressive. I absoutley cant ask her, we're very open about talking but I cant ask to her face. Thanks
