Veggie-tarian

moi Asked by rezno 3 months ago, 3 answers.

I want to be a vegetarian but I don't really know how.
Plus my dad doesn't really like it and cooks meat just because I want to be a vegetarian.
Any suggestions on how to live in meat and not eat it??

that's really rude of him to cook meat just to spite you.
you should explain to him that this is something you'd like to do and you'd like his support. dad's are supposed to help you in your life's endeavors.

well first you need to find a proper reason to become a vegaterian.
some people dont like the texture of meats.
others feel its inhumane towards animals.
some feel sick and become ill in health.

you need to find a reason and have true compasion by following it.
much like following a faith in a religion.
political view about the ecomony.
and support from people with similar backgrounds as your own.

once you have that, you can may start being a vegatarian.

it also depend what kind of vegitarian you would like to be.
no meat, no dairy, no eggs, vegan...

you may start making a list on the foods you would like to eat in your new diet yet always include what foods could give you the sufficiant nutients and protein you would get if you were to eat meat.

now,I am not a veggitatian so you will need to do the research on the kinds of foods you would need to eat so you dont have any trouble with your health.
