There is a differnet kind of tofu depending on the meal you choose. Read the instructions on the wrapper as they will change with different meals.
If you mean flavouring for the tofu the best answer is experiment! Use different spices, herbs, vegtables, oils, flavourings etc. HAVE FUN!
Other foods you can eat are easily bought at the grocery store. lentil or veggie burgers, soy or veggie dogs, vegetarian 'meats' - there are loads of these even pepporoni, fruits, veggies, rice, any grains, eggs, nuts, milk, cheese etc. etc.
My fav. vegetarian foods are bean salad, lentil burgers, soy dogs with honey mustard, trail mix, eggs, and stir fry.
