My ex used to bruise easily and for her it turned out to be a vitamin K deficiency.
Some blood work may be in order. I had quite a problem with bruising when my doctor suggested I take a baby asprin every night. It got so bad that I think I'd bruise if someone looked at me too harshly. Otherwise I haven't had any problems with brusing since becoming a vegetarian. If you eat a varied vegetarian diet with whole grains, vegetables, nuts, and fruit than you should be fine.

Vegetarian - bruising
I keep getting bruises almost everywhere, for no reason, and the bruises are practically dark blue/blackish, I mean if the bruise looks that bad I have to remember that I bumped my leg or something but I didnt! They just all appear everywhere, and even...
if you do like even flick me I will get a bruise. I dont understand why?? I've been a vegetarian for almost a year now and the bruises have been appearing ever since I became one, if this does relate to it, how can I fix it?
