What are the 'vampire rules' and where can i find them?

In New Moon when Bella on the plane going to Spain or wherever the Volutri is stop stop Edward from killing himself. Alice mentions these Vampires Rules such as one of the core rules is to keep their existence a secret.

What are these rules and where...

can I get a copy?

That's the main rule.. To keep their existence a secret from mortals.
