Vaginal lubrication

Lately I have been having to much vaginal lubrication while having sex. Also it seems that my vaginal area seems to stretch a lot resulting in less sexual pleasure for me as well as my husband. I dont know why this is happening to me. I need help please?

If you do more exercises that will tighten your pelvic floor muscles, I've heard this will help some. As to the lubrication issue...try to make sure he does extra foreplay & that should solve for that.
