so my friend was telling me that she get like randome pimples on the inside of her vagina she asked me how to make it stop but I didnt no what to tell her because I've never had that problem what should she do

Pimples around the genital area or buttocks are relatively common, though I can't be certain it isn't an STD, which she should see a doctor for if it is severe.

But having ingrown hairs, blocked oil glands, and such are pretty common down there, to which I reckon that she should try to improve her hygiene to see if it helps. Using feminine hygiene wash twice a day would help, for starters. They're just like normal body wash, except it's gentler on the skin and has a pH level consistent of the natural level in the vagina. Using harsh soaps down there can mess with the vagina's pH level which can cause anything from dry itchy skin to yeast infection.

Next she should try wearing cotton underwear, so your skin can still breathe through it. Also, try not to wear underwear that's too tight, especially during sleep, as the collective sweat and heat can rub against your skin and cause pimples.

If she shaves down there, always use shaving cream (or aloe vera moisturizer as a great substitute) and do it in a warm shower so the skin's pores will open up and soften the hair follicles. Also remember to apply some moisturizer after shaving too. Make sure the razor is not too old too. If not, shaving and not using moisturizer can dry out the skin which can cause itchiness and inflamed ingrown hairs (which can look like pimples).

Having a good balanced diet, and drinking lots of water helps give your clearer skin too. I'm sure if your friend follows these simple small lifestyle changes, the pimples would eventually clear away. If the problem persists after awhile and it's bothering her, she should seek the advice of a doctor.
