The reason they said to NOT walk her is because her immune system isn't up to where it should be to fight off Parvo...and Parvo lives in the ground for years...If you got lucky and she didn't come into contact with any of the Parvo virus, then yes...she'll be ok...
The Vets give you EXACT instructions for a reason...I woudn't chance the life my puppy because they were on my nerves...why not toss a ball around in the house...or your back yard? You can buy light nylon rope by the foot to keep her in the yard while you play.

what breedis your dog? my friend has a bull dog and they cant go out till a certain time as its something to do with their bone structure or joints!
the last injection is to cover your puppy against something that you find in rodent pee like rat pee. the pup can catch this from other dogs or just on walks.
you should be fine! I took my dog out even before the last injection!! woops!!
