Upset stomach..

I've been under a lot of stress this past month and right now out of no where I'm getting weird stomach upsets, they arent cramps and I don't feel sick it just feels weird I finished my period completely like 2 days ago so I don't know if that has...

something to do with it or what... any tips on how I can calm it?

Make sure you have used the bathroom, first of all. (Pooped, peed.)
Second, try some anti acid like pepto bismol or tums. doesn't work? Maybe you havent been eating right. Maybe your stomach isn't making the right amount of mucous to protect the stomach from harmful acids.
Check it out with a doctor, because lord knows im not haha.

its all due to stress by the sound of it I used to get it a lot in my lower abdomen. you can try relaxation such as meditating, or yoga. you can also get some sort of anti stress pills. I didnt use or do anything about it and it soon passed. I wish you the best of luck

Its most likely from stress.
I'd get some tums or Pepdo Bismol if that might help. I take Pepdo Bismol for upset stomach and it really helps. I believe you're just under allot of stress that causes stomach aches.
Just relax by meditating, or some kind of stress reducer. Also, you can listen to some calming music to calm yourself. I also believe your nerves are acting up.
If this isn't the case, see your doctor and check for Altzors forgive my spelling on that one.
