Unknown nokia 5310 indicator

My Nokia 5310 has an incon on the top of the display that looks like a blue phone with two left-pointing arrows on the left side of the phone and two right-pointing arrows on the right side of the phone. The instruction manual does not define this...

indicator. Any idea what it means?

The Blue Indicator up top that looks like a Phone with the 4 waves around it is DEFINITELY the Vibrate setting. I just got this phone and figured it out. Go to Menu, then Settings, Then TONES, Vibrating Alert, then press the middle/enter key and switch it to OFF. The Blue Phone will go away!! It was driving me nuts too. But now I put it back on LOL since I like it to vibrate AND ring in case it's in my pocket !!!
