Unhooking a bra

Hey, im going to be 16 and I'm single for the first time in awhile. So I'm having a lot of fun, but I've always had a problem unhooking bras. In relationships, the girl knows you and doesn't mind (knowing you can do other things right). But when things are faster paced, it becomes an issue.

Can you girls/guys please give me as detailed answers of how to unhook bras reaching in under her shirt? This has always given me problems...

I have lot of problem with bra .and I lookig for perfect fitting bra.present my age is 24.my weight is 54.my height is 5.2.and my bra size is 32.it is very probematic and I have rashes on
my body under my chest.

It's not as difficult as you think, once you understand the basic anatomy of a back-closure bra. A bra joins in the back with one tab that has flat loops sewn onto it, and another tab that has hooks sewn onto it. The hooks fit into the loops, and the elastic nature of the bra puts tension on the connection to keep it closed. Your job is to find the connection, and relieve that tension. And yes, you can do it with one hand only!

As you are kissing, hugging and caressing her, place your hand on the small of her back, in the very middle. Follow the line of her spine up until you reach her bra. Her spine is the path that will most reliably lead you to her bra closure, and it is also a very sensitive area that likes to be touched and rubbed, so you will make her feel good on the way there. Use your fingertips to 'see' the place where the hooks fit into the loops, and slide your index finger UNDERNEATH her bra that point. Then, ON TOP OF the bra closure, place your thumb on one side of the connection, your middle finger on the other side, and push the fabric tabs firmly towards each other to undo the connection. It should just snap apart. Sometimes, only one hook will come undone, and the other will be a bit more stubborn; don't sweat it, just visualize the connection and repeat the process. It takes a bit of practice, but it's very easy once you get the hang of it.
