HEY..
I'm 14, I'm 5'3 and I weigh 93 pounds too!
Anyways, I was trying to gain weight to, and I found out [ Depending on your body type ] that the food that you don't gain when your in your early teens, all add up when your older, I don't mean to sound mean but some skinny people like us try to gain a bit of weight by eating more and
that MIGHT cause you to be a little chubby when your older but that only depends, sooo no worries. If you want to add some muscle and get toned do what feline1 said up there that will help, but still eat your breakfast * Lunch * supper everyday, and to get that into muscle walk somewhere or exercise, anything that has to do with moving around and being active helps alot.
