How do I feel better?
... well lately more than normal I've been gettin fustrated and irratated with every little thing like I can go from being the happiest person I know to depressed and ready to bite someones head off in 3 sec flat...its like everything annoys me now and im overly stressed over the little things. I beat myself up when I forget to do something or flip when something isn't done right...I get so fustrated that I cry and feel like biting a whole in my jaw. the feeling is like everything in my body is workin in overdrive and my mind can't keep up. I just want some help on trying to ease this feeling
