That's how I am.. Only I'm diagnosed as Bi-Polar.. I just got out of a Suicide Hospital because I didn't know how to cope with sad, frustrated, angry, and stressful feelings. They tought me a few things.. Some ways to cope with your feelings are like, sitting down and listening to music.. Just take deep breaths and do what you do best, or what makes you feel good about yourself or just good in general. Try to avoid triggers.. [The things that make you feel this way.] Don't put yourself in a situation where you feel you might get triggered by some of the things that are going on. Nothing is perfect, and it never will be. You just have to learn to accept it, and get over it. 33 - B.

How do i feel better?
... well lately more than normal I've been gettin fustrated and irratated with every little thing like I can go from being the happiest person I know to depressed and ready to bite someones head off in 3 sec flat...its like everything annoys me now and...
im overly stressed over the little things. I beat myself up when I forget to do something or flip when something isn't done right...I get so fustrated that I cry and feel like biting a whole in my jaw. the feeling is like everything in my body is workin in overdrive and my mind can't keep up. I just want some help on trying to ease this feeling
