Sleep more. Put cold spoons under your eyes. If you do drugs stop. Mainly, just sleep more and eat healthy.

well I have under eye circles too. im kinda emo and I wear LOTS of eyeliner to cover it.
or you can just go with what the other pple said. those things would help too
