If people find out he'll die of embarrassment, and we live in a very small town. How should I go about handling this situation? How wrong does this sound to everyone? Has anything like this ever happend to any of you? If so, how did u deal with it?

No nothing ever happened like this before to me, but there's no blood honey. You are safe to date each other if that's what you want to do. Him being popular has nothing to do with anything if he's really diggin you. So I say go for it!! And keep me posted on the outcome
