How to show my mom we aren't making ourselves sick?

my mom thanks my sis and I are making areselfs sick how can we show her we are not and how can we get her to trust and believe us on that

Tell her to have you checked by a dr.

I'm just curious as to why your mom thinks this?
She must have her reasons or suspicions, what do you think they may be?

What is happening to make her think this. How old are you adn your sis? What does she think you are doign to make eachother sick?
