Ultrasound tellin gender?

Okay I got an ultra sound on Wednesday and I was all but 23 weeks pregnant, They said its a girl so I was wondering how accurete are ultra sounds with telling the babies gender?

They tend to be very accurate.

It's more likely to be wrong if they say it's a boy because sometimes the umbilical cord goes in between the legs and can look like a penis, lol.

LOL yeah I have two other kids and with both of them they were right and the sex they said was right but my friend was told she was having agirl and ended up having a boy so I didnt know what to think this time with the whole test lol
