Uhm..its complicated for me..

the doctor said that 4 out of 5 suffers from diarrhea...does it mean that the other one enjoys it???...
I'm curious...

its probably a bit of a confusing thing to say
he could have worded it better if you didnt understand
it means that 4 out of 5 people get diarrhea
so generally for every 5 people, 4 of them would have got diarrhea at least once, and the other person would have never had it
