k I need help losinn weight!! what are somee tipss to flatten the belly and upper thighs mostly;;
and like whenever I go to eat somethhinn even if im not hungry I eat it anyway! its sad and I cant get motivated even after my break up with my ex

Try finding a friend to lose weight with or get on a program that you enjoy that will help you keep motivated. Also the more times you say no to stopping the easier it gets. Hope it helps. If you need more info funmail me.

hey well iam dealing with the same crapp...
iiam trying to loosed weight iam on a diet now.
iiam not eatin no fast food. you should eat what you want if you want it
just work out for a while start off slowly than work your way up.don't eat if your not hungry and it will all pay off at the end

first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index)
calculated for your height and age
he/she will tell you what weight range your in
and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range
see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight
