Ugh. piercing help...

Right, so I got my piercing kit yesterday I took ages getting the flipping thing and then this morning I tried to pierce my lip but I just cant do it.

is there anything that could make me feel at ease when piercing my labret? I tried for ages but...

still haven't managed to do it. Any quick ways? any ways where the pain is least painful? I want as little pain as possible. haha

my mum isn't going to pierce it I dont trust my sister with the needle :| but I really do want my lip pierced, yanno? just.. argh.

oh btw. I do want to use the kit first and if it doesnt go well, then I will think about going to get it done my a trained piercer.. just. I want to see if this works first.

I just need to know any quick ways of doing this...without chickening out.

Try numbing your lip a little bit with ice or ambesol. Then take a deep breath and just do it. I think you're either nuts or pretty brave to ram holes through your face when you really have no idea what you're doing. Go to a professional piercer. Good luck.

well if you are gonna do it like this then be careful! the last thing you want to do is put the needle through your lip then into your gum or something cus that will hurt like mad :/

Well, for me, I'll listen to rock music.

Hahas. I pierced my lips for several times already. All are self-done piercings. I just listen to rock music. Dance a bit. Imagine you're a rock star. 1,2,3 TADA.

I suggest you to use tissue paper or cloth to put in as if you use bare hands, it may hurt your hand.

Simple as that. You DON'T pierce ANYTHING yourself, it's stupid. Piercings are meant to be done by PROFESSIONALS who actually know what they're doing.

Right, peircing you're ears is one thing, because everyone goes a little adventurous and crazy, but you're face, its not safe. If it goes wrong you'll be left with a big horrible scar in the middle of you're face, and lets be serious, thats not attractive. I suggest you dont do any peircings on you're face, until you're older and can take a course in it and do it professionally, untill then go to a studio, yeah it might cost £30 or something, but if you want it bad enough, its worth it right?
