Whenever you're hungry, reach for a bottle of water.
Sure, it sounds like a rat's a$$ of a plan but it does the job.
I go to work with my mom every weekend and we have loads of women coming in fat. A few weeks later we hardly recognize them, because of all the pounds they've shed. We ask , they say it loud and clear. W-A-T-E-R D-I-E-T. Haha, some of em would lean over and whisper it like it's a secret or somethin unheard of.
Not only that, but you don't have to worry about acne or being a "grease face" ..
All in all! Try it out!
