Is it a better idea to offer oral to a girl first or ask it from her first?

you know I've never really thought about it but if your in the heat of the moment with someone you should just go with the flow and not worry about it =]

Ask her if she likes to receive or is comfortable with it...if yes, then offer her...

Talk to her about it first ask if she is comfortable and ready for that step first, after her response take it from there.
