Try to relax and dont be tense. Then the twitching should stop.

Why does my leg twitch when I mas*urba*e?
When I mas*urba*e or get fingered my leg like twitches when anything touches my clit...it is really distracting and takes away from the experience a lot...why does this happen and can I make it stop?
