I think they couldve found someone way better I mean in the book they make edward seem so hot but that robert guy isnt that hot!!

omg. I've been thinking this 4 a long time. the guy who plays edward is so freakin UGLY.
I love to read cause I get images in my head of the book playing out and of the characters, like a movie. I pictured Edward as like so hot that if you looked at him, you'd go into a coma (lol) and I was so dissapointed. Stephanie doesn't have any say in the casting...so sad.
no matter how good of an actor this guy may be, they could of found someone better. this will make the all of the girls who read twilight CRY and PROTEST. lol, I know I wud, no offense to this guy, talk about embarassment!
this is why I refused to think of this guy as Edward. I said to myself: He's not Edward, he isn't good enough to do him justice. Don't think of him as Edward.
As far as I am concerned, he has no name...Robert?...Robert who???...Robert who plays Edward?...no one can play Edward...NO ONE!...I DONT want to HEAR IT!!!

lol. message me people! this sounds kinda shallow, but it's nothing personal against the actor, I just can't picture him playing a character as amazing as Edward seems.

Tom Sturridge is the Edward I imagined in my mind. It was scary, but I guess I had seen one of his movies and didn't know who he was, and pulled his image as Edward. He is the most gorgeous boy ever, seriously.

The image I had of Edward definitely wasn't Robert Pattinson but I think he will do an AWESOME job!!! and he is SO H OTT! Yes with two T's. when you call rob HOTT you can't just use one T you have to have two

Gaspard Ulliel. He has Edwards crooked smile and breath taking brilliance. Everyone I have spoken with here in Charleston, SC has agreed that Gaspard would be PERFECT playing Edward. He's definitely capable of the dark and mysterious role, especially after playing Hannibal Lecter!! Credentials!! C'mon - seriously!? Cedric Diggery?? He isn't breath taking enough! Edwards character is debilitating.. I don't feel like Pattinson has quite the same effect.

I don't believe he is Good looking enough, and not a great actor either he could use a bit more practice he wasn't really good as Cedric the guy who plays Emmet NOW he is HOTTT LIKE THE REAL HOTTIE in the movie
