If you read the book first, you hate the movie. Just because they leave sooo many details out. They're both good, but in the end, the book is way better.

the book is way better, it leaves more to the imagination and goes into so much more detail, although the film is good as it adds music, more effect.
how about reaading the second book before it comes out and decide yourself which you prefer.

The books! The movie cut out HUGE parts of the books...and some of the characters...especially Jasper...were totally not right!
See the movies before the books...LOL...cause when you see the books and then watch the movies, you'll see how much was missed.

The book. The actors in the movie were not at all how I pictured the characters, plus the movie left out so many good parts.
