Personality is a big one...if your dull and monitone..that gets you nowhere ha...I like a girl with a sence of humor...Looks is another big one..skiny..and nice teeth...Tight jeans are another way to draw attention to..hope it helps...

For me...I dunno. Outgoing, easy to talk to...serious when needed. Of course being cute and having a nice smile helps.

For personality you cannot be shy and its always a turn on when you try to start and keep conversations going and act like really like talking to us. For looks smiling a lot and just showing some confidence, but not cockiness with yourself is always appealing to a guy.
