If you put your finger on the 5th fret on the 6th string it should sound the same as the 5th string played open.

If you have a good ear you can tune by piano

what emotionalxoxomcr has suggested is called relative tuning, this will tune all the string relative to each other, but may not give you standard tuning. You could use a piano if you have a good ear. The best (and easiest) thing to do is get a tuner.

Just in case you do not know standard tuning is:
E (1st string)
B (2nd string)
G (3rd string)
D (4th string)
A (5th string)
e (6th string)
