How can I tone stomach flab?

Hi
I am a 49 Years old man and seem to be in a good shape. When I dress I look good and in good shape since I go to the Gym ophten, but my tumy looks like an ugly sack of loose skin.
My waste is 32 inches, my hight is 5.8 and my weight 155 lbs.
What should I do to get better?

Hey! Lots and lots of crunchies! Lay on the flooor with your but touching a chair with your legs on the chair at right angles.Your calves will be flat on the seat and your thighs will be vertical. With your hands behind yor head, do sit-ups...Its hard and do as many as you can then rest for 30 secs and go again...hope this helps!! Good Luck!

Men naturally have a Pheckulem, a natural layer of fat about the waist it's part of what we are. BUT you can keep that from getting out of hand with a simple exercise. Lay on a mat or on a hard surface as if you were going to do a sit up. Hands behind your head, *sit-ups are hard on the chest walls so don't do them*. Instead cross your legs at the ankles and lift your knees to your chest. Do five reps 3 times a week (along with your regular routine) and you'll be wearing a rubber band for a belt sooner then you think!
