Erm Ok exercise Loadz
1) fast walking ( it seriously does help)
2) Join a dance class
3) Jogging
4) Running Really fast
5) Swimming
6) Aerobics
7) Press ups
8) Lots of situps

ok I exercise thts not getting me no where I try to walk and 40 situps but don't look like I'm loosing any.

Maybe try a hobbie activity like dancing cause like dancing uses all your stomach muscles. And mayby sit ups too???

Walking won't be enough if you want faster results. See how much stamina you have, and try running for a certain amount of time, every day. Plus, are you doing situps correctly? Most people don't do them right, that's why they don't get a result.

hmm, one thing that helped me lose a lot of weight was 'DDR'
*dance dance revolution* I used to weigh 220 , and so far since I've started playing it, I've lost 55 lbs.
the game is fun, and amazing! I suggest you start dancing ^.^ lol

DDR is an amazing game!
I own it as well, it does help you tremendously!!
Stay fit as you have loads of fun!!
It has workout settings so you will know how many calories you burned as well..
Excellent game, I recommend it!!
But something that helps a WHOLE lot is pilates!!
It has gotten me in such better shape!!
& it doesn't take forever either!!
They don't look like much, but they really can be tough..
Everytime I finish a set I feel better in several ways!
They even make me in a better mood, and feel way more refreshed and alive!

basically, what I do is run about 3-4 miles in the early morning. it keeps me refreshed throughout the day and I feel like I have more energy and cardio is important for losing weight. but for abs workout I take a couple of pillows or my flat volleyball, and I stick it under my lower back and do crunches with it, it helps get more range of motion so the crunches are more effective, I do about 120 every night, but I do them in sets of 30 so I wont feel as tired when im done. also, drink a lot of water. if you need more help, feel free to funmail me. (I've been going to the gym for about 3 years, and I know a lot of good tips.)
