hey im lilly, 14 year old girl, and about 5'6. I weigh 125 which isnt bad because im mostly muscle. but the thing is I have tooo much muscle. I really want a tinier waste, and smaller legs. I want to get tiny quick too for homecoming. my goal is to lose...

15 pounds. does anyone know how I can lose 15 pounds in about one month?

Do more cardio excercise. Keeps fat off, but doesn't really build muscle.
