Does anyone like lasagna?

What do you think of this recipe? Its so yummy. Its a lasagna. Try and make it.

1 lb lean ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 (398 ml) can of tomato sauce
1 (156 ml) can of tomato paste
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Sugar
2 tsp....

Oregano
9-12 lasagna noodles
1 cup of water
900 g. Mozzarella cheese- shredded
Big tub of cottage cheese


* saute onion until it starts to soften, add ground beef and cook until brown and crumbly
Add tomato sauce and paste and approximately 1 cup of water
Stir until completely mixed
Add salt, sugar, pepper and oregano. Let simmer

Cook lasana pasta until tender, but do not overcook. Drain and rinse.

In a 9x11x2 dish layer -- 1st sauce
2nd noodles
3rd shredded mozzarella
Repeat for second layer
For third layer put meat, then cottage cheese, noodles and top with the last of the cheese

Bake at 275 degrees for 40 minutes

I love it!!! I prefere ricotta cheese over cottage cheeese, but I still like both. I think this is one of my favorite meals.

I looove lasagna, I love anything thats layered or stuffed with cheese.
