It definitely takes time and you're going to have to be on your best behavior. Like spartan512 said, you're going to have to prove to them that they can trust you again. Taking responsibility for the mistake you made and trying to show them that you're sorry and you know it was wrong would be a good start.
But once you gain their trust, you're going to have to continue to be responsible because if you do something that irresponsible again and get caught, it will be MUCH harder to get them to trust you again after that.
First, in your heart, you must really want to change. Second, apologize, and ask for forgiveness, and then never get drunk again. That is true repentance! Turn away and never look back. God has given us memory for things which we are not proud of doing. Then look ahead, press on and strive to be the best person you can be.
