Is it true that jon and kate are splitting. Sorry I am from vegemite land or downunder so the only way I get to watch jon and kate is via foxtel.

I think Kates keeping the kids, all of them.
Plus Jon already has a girlfriend reportedly.

So now it's Kate plus 8 minus one hawaiian. =]

I have heard so many xplinations about why they are splitting up and who is keeping what that I don't even know anymore.

they are divorcing with joint custody 'at the house'. the kids stay at the house and kate/jon stay on their times and leave when it is not their time. jon is out and about on his time away and kate is in 'hiding' on her time out (just like before, spends her time with steve when she's 'on tour' like the celebrities all do.
