And I need something that drives
Smooth and maybe has enough room
In the back with the little fold down seats
In the back
Any ideas ?

Like a brand I should look at

I have a 2003 Nissan Frontier, the four cylinder automatic with the stretch cab. It has two doors and youi have to pull the passenger seat forward to get into the jump seat. I bought it new and love it. It will carry a good load, gets 29 mpg if I drive sane, and is fun to drive. I also have a Subaru Baja that I totally LOVE! It is a mini crew cab, all wheel drive automatic, and is the most fun to drive of any vehicle that I've ever owned. They were made from 2003 to 2006, only four years, but there are good second hand buys available. Toyota also makes a good small pickup.
