Tried everything.

Im soo insecure about my weight. Im 17 and I weigh 160 and I know thats not bad, so why am I soo embarressed and insecure??...
Do other people see me the way I see me?

people rarely ever see us as we see ourselves, it all depends on how close we get to people on whether that happens or not.

the important thing is to have a positive self image for ourselves, and when we have that- it just kind of shows through in the form of self confidence, and security.

you sound fine to me- don't let anyone drag you down, be yourself and be comfortable in your own skin. the answer to your question is to NOT try to get people to like you- love yourself, project confidence, and people will come to you.

because in pounds that's perfectly normal, and I know you said that you know it's not that bad.
and people all have different views of each other. you just gotta learn to find a good variety of friends

It's only human to get insecure about yourself, there's nothing wrong with that. Just remember never let anyone bring you down be comfortable with who you are.

How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it's not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.
