Travel restrictions

is there anywhere in europe that me and like 5 others of my friends can go and stay in the summer holidays or late winter to celebrate finishing school,,were under 18 and we cant find anywhere,what can I do.

Of course you can travel in Europe, even if you're under 18.

Think of some places you'd like to viasit ( I have to admit that Scandinavia is expensive), check out the various websites (most countries all very glad to promote themselves on the web) and have a look at the Lonely Planet guides.

Sure, you'll need passports, but that's about all, in terms of formal regulations.
