Clothes to wear for pear shaped figure?

I've got kinda big hips, and its pants I want to know about, I know to wear dark colours cause my butt is huge (lmao), but which style tops can make it look smaller?

I bought some vest tops for the summer coming, but they clung to me and made me look...

wierd shaped.

shirts its best to have a cute neckline, something that draws attention to your face other than your hips. there's tons of cute tops like that. oh and don't wear those pregnant shirts as I like to call them. yes they are in style but they won't flatter your hips one bit
