Is 11 too young to shave and have sex?

My younger sister is 11. She is going through puberty right now as in as hair on her v*gina. Is she too young to shave it off and will it hurt her? And is she too young to have sex or make out with a boy as in touch tongues while kissing and how does she go on a date with him without privacy?

If I had an 11-year-old sister I would never even want to think about her having sex. The shaving part... I started shaving when I hit puberty, I was 12-years-old. I think it would be okay if thats something that she wants to do but thats up to her and your parents.
And far as boys, she shouldn't need 'privacy' thats a strange thought. I didn't make-out with a boy till I was 14-years-old. Shes way to young for that.

Is there a reason why she wants to have sex at her age? Has she ever thought to wait until she grows up, and actually falls in love with someone before engaging in any physical activity? She is only going to get a bad reputation by starting so young, and boys are only going to use her for sex. Sex is NOT fun, and games!

You should be talking to your mom about your concerns. She has more authority than we, and so do you! She should be looking up to her older sis, and you should be guiding her in the RIGHT direction, not down the wrong path that will lead to pregnancy, and/or STDs!

well I started shaving at 11 but her body is changing and yeah she is way to young for sex im 13 and the only thing I have done is kiss a boy and only a couple times she should wait

no she shouldn't shave till she starts growing up a bit
