So long as it doesn't conflict with your school work, then that is perfectly fine. Staying fit when you are young is very important and will help you perform in better in all facets of life. Just make sure that when you have school work to do, you have the time to do it. If you don't you may wish to consider playing a little bit less sport. I used to play a lot of sport at your age and I would recommend it to anybody.

Too much sport??
I am 13 and I do 3, 2 hour netball training sessions a week and then play 9 games on the week end and then I play touch football at school and thats 2 trainings but only 1 hour...do I play to much sport and settle down with my sport a little bit
