Too much cereal?

Okay,
so I eat liekk a lot off cereal haha :D
I eat it for breakfass, snack possibly dinner
I dont really eat anytingg else
usually it's special k or cheerio's
is it bad? can you actually have TOO much cereal?

It's not completely bad, but you need to remember to still get your fruits, vegetables and proteins in your diet.
I love cereal haha

as long as you eat fruits, vegies, and protien then it is fine and is in my opinion a good snack chioce if your watching your weight.

Well not really they're both good for your colesterol so it's okay but also try an apple or grapes. Mix bananas with the cereal and there you get fruits grain and dairy. That's pretty healthy.

And yea cereal rocks!!

I thought I was the only one obsessed with cereal, particularly in this summer holiday I have been eating it for breakfast, lucnh and been trying to eat it for dinner, but my mum tells me I cant have too much lol
I have veg and stuff like that at leat at one point during the day, but I agree, maybe add some fruit or nuts to your cereal for vitamins, minerals and with the nuts protein (obviously dont if allergic). (I dont like fruit in cereal).
Also maybe try adding yoghurt (possibly with fruit piceces in it) or smoothie instead of milk to it as well, as you can add the beneficial stuff fruit has whilst enjoying cereal, also makes a bit of a change from having milk all the time.
