I had mine removed and it was the best thing I did for my health, I hardly ever get sick now. it will hurt for about a week after but only as much as a sore throat. drink lots of fruit frappaccinos and the like and eat lots of sorbet as it eases the pain. any other questions regarding this operation email me at Fun mail me
I had mine removed when I was 16. If they are removing them then it has to be for a good reason and you'll feel better in the long wrong. There will be some pain, but talk your doctor about your pain concerns before the procedure. Cold things like ice cream, freeze pops, jello, ice chips will be your bestfriends. Just a note so you don't worry for like a day or so it will be hard to talk so just rest your voice. You'll be just fine though. Feel free to hit me up if you have any other concerns or questions. im getting my tonsils and adnoids out and I was wondering if it hurts a lot. anyone have advice? it would really help, I dont take pain really well. thanks!
